Email me at yurioryx@gmail.com or DM me on Instagram or Fill out the form on our website to submit your custom order. This includes post you have seen on IG of products but do not see available on my shop. This is usually because they are very limited quantity and prefer to make them by demand. :)
Processing time takes about 7-10 days or in some cases a couple days more. Each product is made by order with tons of care. I appreciate your patiences as I make your order.

Embroidered Apparel: Machine wash gently and hang to dry. Do not dry clean.
Crotchet Plush: Hand wash gently and let air dry.

Each product varies. On average if the shop is in high demand it would be approx. 1-2 weeks. If an item is pre-order (will be mentioned in description) this will average to 2-3 weeks. Keep in mind these are handmade products made only by one person (me). This would not include USPS shipping delays. If you have any questions you can contact me.
