How long does processing take?
Our current processing time is 10-14 business days! Every individual product is made by only one person. We appreciate your patience as we complete your order! ♥

Do you do custom orders?
I currently only take customs for embroidered apparel. You can also commission a crochet project, and if I am interested I will go ahead and let you know. Fill out the form on the contact tab to message us with your request or DM us on Instagram! Make sure to include your email and phone number to contact you. We will discuss your request and pricing. From there I will direct you as to where to place your order!

I saw a product you made on your Instagram feed but cannot find it on your catalog.
Do not worry! I can still make it for you just follow the same steps as a custom order for you to place your order! If this is a crochet product, however, check out my restock dates.

I am ordering party crafts and need by a certain date!
Please try placing your order at least 2 weeks ahead of time! There will be an option to type when the event is. ☻

How long does shipping take?
We are currently only selling within the US. All of our shipments are shipped through first class or priority mail. Typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind these are estimates from USPS and not guarantees, there is always possibilities for delays so order early if you need by a certain date! If you have any issues with your shipping, please contact the carrier to resolve. Fill free to contact me if you need extra help. Keep in mind that once the package leaves my hands, there is not much I can do. So please make sure the address you put is correct and a safe address to send mail to deliver.

How should I care for my embroidered apparel?
What is so amazing about embroidery it lasts forever! We recommended washing on cold and letting it air dry for longer results.

How do the sweaters fit?
All sweaters are uni-sex and are relaxed medium weight fit. If you want a more fitted look, size down. For a relaxed fit, order true to size. And for an oversized look, size up one or two sizes. There is a sizing chart for all listings.

Do you offer exchanges or returns in any items?
Due to each item being made by order and having limited quantity, we do not offer returns or exchanges. This is why we please ask you to read all dimensions and description before purchasing.

What if I typed in the wrong address?
If you typed the wrong address email us within 1 day of ordering to resolve!
